I do not encourage the use of stones as a substitute for medical care or to heal any physical/mental ailments.

Processing and Shipping Time

All packages are shipped via USPS. Process time depends on current workload. For items purchased from the website, please allow 3-4 business days to process and 3-7 business days to ship. (Expect shipping delays due to the holidays).

When your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number sent directly to your email address.

Broken/damaged/lost package

I am not responsible or liable for lost parcels or damages done to your package once I have dropped it off at the post office. Please file a dispute with USPS.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. Unfortunately I do not offer store credit or refunds for items that become damaged once they are in your hands. I try my best to accurately display and describe each crystal through photos. Items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone and difference in screen coloring.
